ANNAPOLIS, Md - The Navy men's basketball team (2-5) will host Penn (0-5) on Wednesday at 7:00 PM in Alumni Hall. The game is the third of a three-game homestand for the Mids.

Free live video will be available on PatriotLeague.TV and navysports.com. The game will be carried on the radio on 1430 AM / 99.9 FM in the Annapolis area and on www.wnav.com. Pete Medhurst and Michael Heary have the call on the live video and radio feeds. Live statistics will also be available.

Game Promotions
• Bring Your A Game - All kids who show an 'A' on a graded assignment will receive free admission from the Alumni Hall Ticket Office on game night.
• Toys for Tots - Bring a new unwrapped toy to Alumni Hall to support the Navy Basketball Toys for Tots Drive and receive free admission.

Midshipmen Storylines
• Navy (2-5) is coming off an 85-68 loss to Saint Francis U on Saturday.
• The Mids had previously won two straight games over Binghamton (70-68) and Penn St.-Harrisburg (67-42).
• Senior guard Brandon Venturini scored a team-high 13 points against Saint Francis U.
• Venturini leads Navy with 11.3 points per game this season.
• Venturini has moved up to 37th place on the Navy all-time scoring list with 772 career points.
• Sophomore center Edward Alade is leading Navy in field goal percentage at .625 (25-of-40). Alade is fourth in the Patriot League in field goal percentage.
• Alade is second on the team with 9.0 points per game and first with 4.3 rebounds.
• Navy has outrebounded its opponent in each of the last three games after being outrebounded for the first four games of the year.
• Navy's bench has scored at least 30 points in each of the last two games.
• Freshman Shawn Anderson had season-highs of eight points and four rebounds against Saint Francis U.
• Sophomore Grant Vermeer had a season-high six points against Saint Francis U.

Penn Storylines
• Penn enters Wednesday's game winless on the season at 0-5.
• The Quakers have lost to Delaware State (77-75 OT), Rider (73-57), Lafayette (83-77), Temple (76-67) and Wagner (64-61).
• Junior guard Tony Hicks is averaging a team-best 16.2 points. Hicks scored 31 points against Delaware State.
• Junior center Darien Nelson-Henry is averaging 10.2 points and 6.0 rebounds.
• Freshman forward Matt Auger averaged 9.3 points and 6.7 rebounds in the first three games of the season and earned an Ivy League Rookie of the Week accolade, but he has missed Penn's last two games with an injury.
• Head coach Jerome Allen is in his sixth season at Penn and has a record of 56-90.
• Penn was 8-20 last season and 5-9 in the Ivy League.

Series History vs. Penn
• Penn leads the all-time series against Navy, 57-24.
• Navy first played Penn 107 years ago in 1907. It was Navy's second-ever game.
• Penn defeated Navy in that first game on December 28, 1907, 37-16.
• This will be the 82nd meeting between Navy and Penn. Navy has only played Army (120) more times than Penn in program history.
• Navy has won two straight games against Penn.

Shuttle / Parking Information
Fans without Department of Defense clearance must park outside of the U.S. Naval Academy grounds. Fans may park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium for $5. Buses will run every 15 minutes starting at 6:00 PM and will continue running throughout the game until 10:00 PM.
