| Thoughts from Stefanie Pemper | Dani had a huge impact on last season beginning the year as our starting point guard. She is a strong three-point shooter with deep range, she can finish drives around the basket and she sees the post well. Dani is confident with the ball in her hands and that is critical for a point guard. She does a great job of filtering my intensity when she needs to to perform well. Her teammates have likened her to 'herbal tea' because of her calm and poise under pressure. | Tyra has missed all of our team practices leading into our first scrimmage, and like Christina Potts she's behind in her knowledge of what we do as a team and how we execute. Tyra was a talented high school player-on both sides of the ball-and in the limited time we've had her on the court we've seen those talents translate. She's a good passer and when she's confident she's a scorer. |
