ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Navy men's basketball team (1-2) will play its third game of the week when Division III Goucher (2-1) travels to Annapolis for a 12 noon contest on Sunday.

Live video of the game will be available for free on the Patriot League Network with Pete Medhurst and Michael Heary on the call. There will be no live radio due to the Baltimore Ravens contest airing on WNAV. Live statistics will be available.

The Goucher contest is a campus-round game of the upcoming Spartan Showcase at the Greensboro Coliseum.

The Navy-Goucher game at noon will precede the Navy women's basketball versus North Carolina A&T contest at 3:00 PM. Only one ticket is needed for both games.

Midshipmen Storylines
• Navy earned its first victory of the season at USC Upstate on Thursday night.
• The Mids opened the game on a 7-0 run and led wire-to-wire for the 67-55 win.
• Sophomore Shawn Anderson scored 18 points with six rebounds and five assists.
• Senior guard Tilman Dunbar scored 11 points and sophomore forward Jace Hogan added 10 points and five rebounds.
• Senior Will Kelly had nine points, five boards and five blocks, senior Kendall Knorr had five points and a game-high seven rebounds, while sophomore Bryce Dulin added eight points off the bench.
• Kelly's five blocks give him 119 for his career and he remains in fourth place in program history.
• Kelly is leading the Patriot League in blocks per game for the second straight season. The senior is averaging 2.3 blocks per game.
• Anderson's team-leading scoring average this season is 15.3, up from 4.3 as a freshman last season.
• Anderson is 12th in the Patriot League in field goal percentage (.517), sixth in 3-point field goal percentage (.625) and sixth in free throw percentage (.917).
• Navy has the Patriot League's top-ranked scoring defense, allowing just 62.0 points per game.
• Navy had eight blocked shots against USC Upstate and leads the Patriot League with 4.7 per game.
• Navy also leads the league in offensive rebounds per game (12.3).
• Navy's three seniors received their service assignments surrounded by their teammates on the road trip on Thursday.
• Knorr received Naval Aviation, Dunbar received Surface Warfare and Kelly received Marine Corps Ground.

Goucher Storylines
• Goucher will travel from its campus in Towson on Sunday with a 2-1 record.
• Senior guard Kevin Miles leads the team with 24.7 points per game and sophomore guard Ibrahim Kallon averages 10.0 points.
• Miles scored 33 points in a win over RIT and 31 points in a win over Stevenson. Miles is 18-of-21 from the free throw line in his team's last two games.
• Miles led the team in scoring last season with 11.1 per contest.
• Goucher opened the season with a 79-58 loss to Case Western Reserve, but has earned back-to-back wins over RIT (84-68) and Stevenson (87-76).
• The Gophers are averaging 76.3 points in their first three games.
• Goucher was 4-21 overall last season and 3-13 in the Landmark Conference.
• Goucher is 0-8 in eight all-time games against Division I opponents.

Navy-Goucher Series History
• Navy is 1-0 in the all-time series against Goucher.
• Navy posted a 98-47 win over Goucher on Nov. 13, 2013.
• Current juniors (then-freshmen) Edward Alade (14 points) and James Hemphill (10 rebounds) had strong performances against the Gophers in 2013.

Looking Ahead
• Navy will begin a season-long seven-game road swing after the Goucher contest.
• The Mids will next play at UMBC on Wednesday and will then play three games in the Greensboro Coliseum in the Spartan Showcase from Nov. 27-29.
• Other games on the road trip include a game at Penn in the Palestra on Dec. 2 and a game against #25 Oregon in Hawai'i on Dec. 7.

Parking / Shuttle Information
All fans are encouraged to park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Fans can enter Gate 5 off Taylor Ave. and pay $5 for parking. The shuttle is free and the pick up and drop off spot is in front of the Blue Angel plane. All fans visiting the Yard over the age of 18 should have photo ID. Buses will run every 15 minutes starting at 11:00 AM and will continue running throughout the game and until one hour after the completion of the women's game. Parking at the stadium is the best option for fans attending the game.
