ANNAPOLIS, Md. â€" The Navy men's basketball team (2-2) will seek a third straight win when playing at UMBC (1-4) on Wednesday at 7:00 PM at RAC Arena. Navy is playing its first of seven straight games away from home on Wednesday in Baltimore. Navy will four games in a five-day span this week.

A live video feed of the game will be available online. The feed is free, but fans will be asked to create a sign-in account with AmericaEast.TV. Live statistics will also be available.

The Navy-UMBC game will air on the Navy Basketball Radio Network on 1430 AM / 99.9 FM WNAV with Pete Medhurst and Michael Heary calling the action from RAC Arena.

Midshipmen Storylines
• Navy (2-2) has won back-to-back games over USC Upstate (67-55) and Division III Goucher (76-47).
• Against Goucher, both sophomore forward Tom Lacey (13 pts, 11 rebs) and senior center Will Kelly (10 pts, 10 rebs) posted double-doubles.
• It was the first time two Mids posted double-doubles in the same game since Jan. 21, 2012 (J.J. Avila / Worth Smith).
• Lacey was making just his second career start and he established career-highs in points (13) and rebounds (11) against Goucher.
• Sophomore guard Shawn Anderson, Navy's leading scorer, finished in double-figures for the third straight game with 13 points.
• Anderson is averaging 14.8 points this season after averaging 4.3 last year.
• Point guards Tilman Dunbar and Nourse Fox combined for 12 assists and just one turnover in 37 minutes of play against Goucher.
• Junior guard Tim Abruzzo played his first game since March 3, 2014 on Sunday. He missed his entire sophomore season last year with a knee injury. Abruzzo poured in nine points in a 70-second stretch in the second half against Goucher.
• Kelly is leading the Patriot League in blocks per game (2.5) for the second straight season and as a team, Navy ranks first in the league with 4.5 a contest.
• Navy is also leading the Patriot League in scoring defense (58.2) and offensive rebounds per game (15.0).
• All four of Navy's games this season have been decided by double-digits.
• Navy has double-digit wins against USC Upstate (12) and Goucher (29) and two double-digit losses to College of Charleston (14) and Florida (18).
• Ironically, the only team that Navy didn't run out to at least a seven-point lead in the opening minutes of the game this year has been Division III Goucher.
• The Mids led Florida, 9-2; Charleston, 11-0; and USC Upstate, 7-0.
• Navy will look to go 2-0 on the road this season when playing at UMBC.

UMBC Storylines
• UMBC enters the game at 1-4 and is coming off a 78-65 loss to Cal Poly on Sunday.
• UMBC's lone win this season was an 81-72 victory at Northern Colorado last Saturday.
• Senior forward Cody Joyce scored 30 points on 11-of-14 shooting in the win over Northern Colorado.
• Joyce was an All-America East Second-Team honoree last year and is the son of Navy radio play-play announcer Pete Medhurst.
• UMBC's leading scorer this season is sophomore guard Rodney Elliot at 15.4 points per game and freshman guard Joe Sherburne is second at 13.0. Joyce averages 12.0 points and a team-high 6.2 rebounds.
• UMBC was 4-26 overall last season and 2-14 in the America East.
• Aki Thomas is in his fourth season as the head coach of UMBC and has a career record of 22-74.

Navy-UMBC Series History
• Navy and UMBC will be meeting for the 15th time in series history on Wednesday.
• Navy leads the all-time series, 9-5.
• The teams split a non-conference home-and-home series during the 2013-14 season.
• Navy won in Annapolis, 73-58, on Nov. 23 before UMBC posted a 63-48 win in Baltimore on Dec. 30.
• Zach Fong knocked down five 3-pointers in the last meeting at RAC Arena.

Looking Ahead
• Navy will depart on Thanksgiving for the Spartan Showcase at the Greensboro Coliseum.
• Navy will play at host UNCG (2-1) on Friday at 7 PM before facing Jacksonville (2-2) on Saturday at 4:30 PM and IPFW (3-1) on Sunday at 12:30 PM.
• Each of the four teams will play three contests apiece for a total of six games from Friday to Sunday at the 23,000-seat Greensboro Coliseum.

Veterans Classic Documentary
Fans are also encouraged to set their DVRs to record the CBS Sports Network Hoops Confidential: Veterans Classic, which will premiere on Wednesday at 8:00 PM. The show will re-air on Thursday at 11:30 PM.

The documentary will feature a behind-the-scenes look at the second annual Veterans Classic, the season-opening college basketball event that featured North Carolina, Temple, Florida and Navy earlier this month.

The 30-minute show features exclusive coverage as North Carolina, Temple and Florida visit the Naval Academy to observe morning colors, tour the 'Yard,' watch noon meal formation, eat lunch with the Brigade at King Hall, and participate in a number of other unique experiences. Additionally, North Carolina coach Roy Williams, Temple coach Fran Dunphy, Florida coach Mike White and Navy coach Ed DeChellis receive honorary Navy Officer's swords.

The show also provides a look at the life of Navy senior captain Kendall Knorr, who is following in his grandfather's footsteps in the Navy, as well as a feature about Temple's unconventional offseason workouts.
