Game Information
After a one-game road trip to Pennsylvania on Saturday, Navy returns home for a Tuesday night game against Johns Hopkins. The game is slated to tip at 7 p.m.

About Johns Hopkins
The Blue Jays, who compete in the Centennial Conference on the NCAA Division III level, enter Tuesday's game with a 2-4 record on the season. That overall record includes a 1-2 mark within the Centennial Conference.

Johns Hopkins compiled a 16-9 record during the 2014-15 season and tied for third place in the Centennial Conference with a 13-5 record. The squad was tabbed to place second in the conference this season. Both the Blue Jays and McDaniel garnered 136 points in the voting â€"â€" just one more point than third-place Muhlenberg received â€"â€" but McDaniel was given the nod due to it receiving eight first-place votes to five for Johns Hopkins.

The Series
Tuesday's game marks the first meeting between the teams since Navy's opening game of the 1977-78 season. The Mids won that game, which was played 38 years and one day ago (Dec. 7, 1977) in Annapolis, by the score of 77-33.

The teams also played during the 1976-77 season, Navy's inaugural campaign as a program. The Mids recorded a 65-35 victory in the game that was played on March 4, 1977, at St. Mary's as part of the Maryland State Women's Division B Tournament.

A Look Back
Shooting woes limited Navy in a 57-43 loss at Penn Saturday afternoon at The Palestra in Philadelphia.

The Mids quickly scored the first eight points of the game, but were managed just 18 more points through the end of the third quarter, by which time they trailed, 42-26.

Navy did have two three-point attempts that would have sliced the margin down to as few as seven points in the fourth quarter, but neither fell.

Penn made just two more field goals than Navy did, 20-18, and the Mids held a 7-5 lead in three-point field goals made, but the Quakers held a 39.2%-29.5% advantage in overall field goal percentage. Additionally, Penn made 12-18 free throw attempts while Navy was held without a free throw attempt for the first time in school history.

Sarita Condie made a career-best five-three-point field goals in the game on her way to tallying 17 points and a team-high seven rebounds. Additionally, Taylor Dunham tallied 11 points, six rebounds and five assists for the Mids.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth online in advance of the game at NavySports.com. The Alumni Hall Ticket Office will open one hour prior to the start of the game.

USNA Vehicle Access
Vehicle access to the U.S. Naval Academy is limited to those with a Department of Defense identification card. It is suggested that everyone else park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium ($5. per vehicle) and ride the free shuttle bus to and from the game. Shuttle bus service will begin one hour prior to tip. Note that a government issued identification card must be carried and presented by visitors ages 18 and older to the USNA prior to being allowed onto The Yard.
