• Navy finished the 2015-16 season at 19-14 overall and 9-9 in the Patriot League.

• Senior Will Kelly was named the 2016 Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year. He was also named to the all-league second team and the all-defensive team.
• Senior Tilman Dunbar was named to the All-Patriot League Third Team.
• Kelly averaged 10.5 points and a team-best 5.8 rebounds. He led the Patriot League with 2.6 blocks per game.
• Kelly led the Patriot League in field goal percentage with a 62.0 clip.
• Kelly is the fifth player in Patriot League history and the second Midshipman (Sitapha Savane) to lead the conference in both field goal percentage and blocks per game.

• During the stretch, Navy posted consecutive wins over USC Upstate (67-55), Goucher (76-47), UMBC (75-54), UNCG (70-66), Jacksonville (71-65), IPFW (75-53) and Penn (65-59).
• The seven-straight games was the longest winning streak since the 2008-09 season.
• During the stretch, Navy's seven-game winning stream was tied for the third-longest active winning streak in the country behind Michigan State and Princeton (8).
• During the winning streak, Navy won six straight road/neutral games. Navy has not had a longer such streak since winning seven straight away from home during the 1994-95 season, 21 years ago.
• The winning streak helped Navy open the season at 7-2, matching its best nine-game start to a season in the last 30 years.
• In addition to its seven-game non-conference winning streak, Navy also posted a six-game Patriot League winning streak.
• During the stretch, Navy defeated Holy Cross (65-60), Boston U. (83-67), Colgate (71-68 OT), Loyola (60-52), Lafayette (87-61) and Lehigh (69-64).
• It was Navy's longest Patriot League winning streak since winning six in a row in 2008.
• The Mids captured the 2015-16 Spartan Showcase championship by rolling past IPFW, 75-53, on Nov. 29 in the de facto tournament title game at the Greensboro Coliseum.
• Navy finished the Spartan Showcase with a perfect 4-0 record with wins over Goucher (76-47), UNCG (70-66), Jacksonville (71-65) and IPFW (75-53).
• Anderson was named the Spartan Showcase Most Outstanding Player after scoring in double figures in all four tournament games and Kelly joined Anderson on the all-tournament team.
• Navy hosted the second annual Veterans Classic to open the 2015-16 college basketball season.
• No. 1 North Carolina defeated Temple, 91-67, in the opener and Florida defeated Navy, 59-41, in the nightcap.

• Navy played in the inaugural FS1 Pearl Harbor Invitational against #24 Oregon on Monday, Dec. 7, the 74th anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor.

• Navy fell to Oregon, 67-47, at the Pearl Harbor Invitational and #7 Oklahoma defeated #9 Villanova, 78-55, in the opening game.
• Former Navy men's basketball players Hassan Booker (`98) and Greg Sprink (`08) were named to the Patriot League Men's Basketball 25th Anniversary Team this offseason.
