The Game
A brief week at home concludes for Navy Saturday night when the Mids play host to Lafayette. Links to free live video and statistics from the 7 p.m. game can be found at NavySports.com. Additionally, WNAV-AM 1430 will carry the game live starting with the pre-game show at 6:45p.m.
Navy Update
Navy ran its league record to 4-1 with a 77-51 victory over Loyola Wednesday night in Annapolis. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Mids and improved their overall record on the year to 11-5.
Lafayette Update
Lafayette dropped its fourth league game by single digits and its fifth Patriot League contest of the season Wednesday when the Leopards lost at home to Holy Cross, 67-61. The defeat saw Lafayette's record on the year fall to 1-16. Two of the team's five league defeats have come in overtime, and they are being outscored by less than eight points a game.
The Series
Navy and Lafayette have met annually since the 1979-80 season, making this the longest continuous series in Navy history. The Mids enter the game with an overall advantage of 46-21 and with a 36-14 lead in league regular season games played between the teams. Navy also holds edges of 28-7 in all games played on The Yard and 21-4 in league games played in Annapolis. Three of the last eight games in the series have been extended into overtime, with five of those eight games determined by single digits.
Tickets
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth online in advance of the game at NavySports.com. The Alumni Hall Ticket Office will open one hour prior to the start of the game.

The K-9s in Flight Frisbee Dogs will be in Alumni Hall and performing their show during halftime.
National Pizza Week
The first 200 fans will receive a free slice of pizza as part of National Pizza Week
Teacher Appreciation Day
All teachers can show their School ID to receive FREE admission into the game.
USNA Vehicle Access
Vehicle access to the U.S. Naval Academy is limited to those with a Department of Defense identification card. It is suggested that everyone else park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium ($5. per vehicle) and ride the free shuttle bus to and from the game. Shuttle bus service will begin one hour prior to tip. Note that a government issued identification card must be carried and presented by visitors ages 18 and older to the USNA prior to being allowed onto The Yard. Visitors from Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico or Washington State, must produce their driver's license AND a second ID card before being admitted.
