The Game
Navy will close its regular season Wednesday night when the Mids play host to American at 7 p.m. in Alumni Hall. Local radio station WNAV (AM-1430, FM-99.9) will carry the game starting at 6:45 p.m. Links to live video via the Patriot League Network and live statistics can be found at NavySports.com.
Navy Update
Navy lost its second game in a row Saturday, a 63-54 loss to Bucknell. The defeat dropped the Mids to a league record of 13-4 and an overall record of 20-8. The loss assured the Mids of the No. 2 seed in the league tournament. Navy will play host to the winner of the No. 10 Lafayette at No. 7 Holy Cross first round game on March 6 in the quarterfinal round of the tournament.
American Update
American has won each of its last two games â€"â€" one of which was a 50-48 win over Navy â€"â€" and three of its last four to raise its records on the year to 14-14 overall and 11-6 in league play. The Eagles will be the No. 4 seed in the upcoming Patriot League Tournament and will play host to No. 5 Boston U. in the quarterfinal round of the event on March 6.
The Series
American extended its lead in the all-time series with Navy to 29-21 overall and 17-14 in league games with its win last Wednesday in Washington, D.C. Navy holds a 15-9 advantage in games played in Annapolis, which includes a 9-5 lead in league games played on The Yard. The Eagles have won six of the last seven meetings in the series.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth online in advance of the game at NavySports.com. The Alumni Hall Ticket Office will open one hour prior to the start of the game.

USNA Vehicle Access
Vehicle access to the U.S. Naval Academy is limited to those with a Department of Defense identification card. It is suggested that everyone else park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium ($5. per vehicle) and ride the free shuttle bus to and from the game. Shuttle bus service will begin one hour prior to tip. Note that a government issued identification card must be carried and presented by visitors ages 18 and older to the USNA prior to being allowed onto The Yard. Visitors from Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico or Washington State, must produce their driver's license AND a second ID card before being admitted.
