Navy opens the 2018 season at home against Manhattan (9-8-1, 6-3-1 MAAC) on Friday, Aug. 24. Last season, the Jaspers picked up a 1-0 victory at home to even the all-time series between the two programs at 1-1-0.

The first road match of the season for the Mids comes on Monday, Aug. 27 against NJIT (8-7-4, 3-2-1 Atlantic Sun). The Highlanders have won two of the three meetings against Navy with NJIT earning a 1-0 decision in 2017.

The rivalry between Navy and Air Force (14-3-3, 8-0-2 WAC) is going to be renewed in 2018 with the Midshipmen hosting the Falcons on Friday Aug. 31. The last time the two programs faced off was in 2014, where they played to 1-1 draw. Navy is 3-4-3 against Air Force all-time, but the Mids are 3-1-1 in matches played in Annapolis. The last time Navy took on the Falcons in Annapolis was on Sept. 2, 2007, where the Mids walked away with a 1-0 victory. Last season, Air Force earned a bid into the NCAA Tournament, but lost at Virginia Tech in the first round, 2-0.

Navy continues its four-match homestand on Sunday, Sept. 2 against College of Charleston (8-6-4, 3-1-4 CAA). The Cougars lead the all-time series against the Mids holding a 3-1-1 mark.

The four-game homestand for Navy comes to a close with games against Howard (2-15-3, 0-3-2 Sun Belt) and UMBC (7-6-5, 2-4-1 American East). The Mids take Howard on Wednesday, Sept. 5 and then UMBC on Saturday, Sept. 8. Against Howard, Navy holds a record of 11-12-4, while the Mids lead the Retrievers with a mark of 19-6-4.

Following the homestand, Navy hits the road for three-straight contests. Starting the road trip, the Midshipmen travel Saint Joseph's (3-11-4, 1-6-1 Atlantic 10) on Tuesday, Sept. 11. Navy picked up a 3-0 win over the Hawks last season to push its overall record to 9-0-0 against Saint Joseph's.

Just before the start of Patriot League competition, the Mids hit the road to face Campbell (9-7-3, 5-2-1 Big South) on Saturday, Sept. 15. Last season marked just the second meeting between the two programs. The Camels have won both meetings against Navy.

After back-to-back home league matches, Navy returns to the road to take on Lehigh (11-7-1, 5-3-1 PL) on Saturday, Oct. 6. The Mountain Hawks earned a 1-0 victory last season over the Midshipmen, but Navy still leads the all-time series, 31-20-8.

The Army-Navy Cup returns to Talen Energy Stadium in Chester, Pa., on Friday, Oct. 12. Navy is set to be the home team during Army-Navy Cup VII. The 2017 installment of the Army-Navy Cup featured the Mids and Black Knights (9-6-2, 3-4-2 PL) playing to a scoreless draw. Navy leads the all-time series against Army, 40-29-15. In Star Matches, the Midshipmen lead, 40-26-14.

Navy rounds out its non-conference slate on Wednesday, Oct. 17 on the road against James Madison (9-7-3, 5-1-2 CAA). Following a 3-1 victory for the Mids last season, the all-time series is tied, 6-6-1.

Over the final four games of the regular season, Navy alternates home and road games to closeout its Patriot League schedule. On Saturday, Oct. 20, the Midshipmen host Boston University (7-8-4, 6-2-1). In Boston last year, Navy dropped a narrow 1-0 contest. The Terriers have won four of the first five meetings between the two programs.
