• Navy's nine-day break between games comes to an end Tuesday when the Mids play at Liberty.
• Navy won its two most recent games, defeating East Carolina, 62-57, and Washington (Md.), 87-56.
• Liberty has posted a 4-0 record this season. The Flames most recently recorded a 77-57 victory over East Carolina.
• Liberty shared the 2019 regular season title in the Atlantic Sun Conference with Lipscomb. The Flames defeated the Bisons in the conference tournament championship game to advance to the NCAA Tournament. There, they defeated Mississippi State in the first round before falling to Virginia Tech.
• Navy and Liberty met last season in Annapolis. The Flames posted a 76-58 win over the Mids on Nov. 28.
• Tuesday's game will be the fourth in the series and the first to be played at Liberty since Dec. 7, 2000. The Flames hold a 2-1 advantage in the series.
• Navy will play Lipscomb at home on Friday night.
