ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Navy women's lacrosse team remained ranked in all three national polls. The Midshipmen opened the 2019 season ranked in all three national preseason polls, and have been ranked nationally for 27 consecutive weeks, dating back to the final poll of 2017.
The Midshipmen are currently ranked No. 14 according to the IWLCA Coaches Poll. Navy is ranked No. 16 according to Inside Lacrosse Media Poll, while ranking No. 13 by US Lacrosse Magazine.
Navy enters the week with a 11-3 overall record and 5-1 in the Patriot League. The Midshipmen play a pair of games this week. The Mids open up the week against American on Wednesday evening at 5:00 p.m. Navy continues the week by hosting Lafayette on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Live stats and live video will be available for both games.
