Navy punter Owen White was named a finalist for the Ray Guy Award National Punter of the Week for his performance in Navy's 42-10 win over East Carolina.  White punted three times in the game for 130 yards (43.3 average), including a season-long punt of 50 yards.  Only one of his punts was returned, which went for no yards, and all three of his punts pinned East Carolina inside its own 20-yard line. 

White is averaging 43.8 yards per punt on his four punts on the year, with all four punts pinning the opposition inside the 20-yard line.  Opponents have returned two of his punts for a total of -1 yards.
