The Naval Academy Athletic Association will host a Navy Basketball Virtual MIDnight Madness event on Monday, Nov. 23, to get fans ready for the start of the 2020-21 season. Virtual Midnight Madness is presented by The Village at Providence Point.
Navy's social media channels on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube will host the event that starts at 5:30 p.m. with the introductions of the teams. Additional content during the evening includes a Navy basketball trivia contest for fans, live player and coach interviews and the premiere of the 2020-21 team starting lineup videos.
Fans are encouraged to follow along and interact with Navy's social media platforms throughout the evening.
The Navy men's team will open the season by playing host to George Washington at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 25, in a game being televised on the CBS Sports Network. The Navy women's team will open the
Tim Taylor era Nov. 29 at George Mason.
