Tipping Off
• The annual Star Game, part of the Star Series presented by USAA, between the Army and Navy men's basketball teams will take place Saturday at West Point.
 
• Navy has won each of the last two and five of the last six Star Games.
 
• The road team has posted a 7-2 record in the last nine Army-Navy games.
 
• Army defeated Navy, 73-66, earlier this season in Annapolis.  The Black Knights shot at least 50 percent from the field in each half and limited the Mids to an overall shooting mark of 41 percent.
 
• Cam Davis totaled 26 points and five assists for Navy in that game and Tommy Funk recorded 26 points and six assists for Army.
 
• Navy has posted a 1-5 record in its last six games and Army has tallied a 2-3 record in its last five games.
 
• Davis needs 12 points to reach 900 for his career.
 
Attending the Game
Starting two hours prior to the competition, West Point will be at Special Event status.  This means that ALL visitor's to West Point will be allowed to proceed to both Thayer Gate and Stony Lonesome Gate for an ID check before entering West Point. 
 
In order to enter, all fans 17 years of age and older must have a valid, U.S. issued driver's license or passport.  If visitor does not have a driver's license or passport issued by the U.S. they will require an escort by someone with a Department of Defense issued ID card.
 
Due to staffing, Army does not usually have the ability to escort fans into West Point.
