Navy Football Announces 2020 Recruiting Class

ANNAPOLIS, Md.--Navy head football coach Ken Niumatalolo released the names of the 2020 football recruiting class on Tuesday morning as 51 prospects representing 17 states have reported to the Naval Academy.

 Alabama and California produced the most recruits with six each, while Maryland (four), Hawai'i (four), Florida (four), Texas (four), Mississippi (three), Virginia (three) and Ohio (three) were also well represented among the Mids' recruiting class.
 
Navy is scheduled to open the 2020 campaign on Saturday, Sept. 5 or Sunday, Sept. 6 against Notre Dame at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. It will be the 94th consecutive meeting between the two schools in the longest continuous intersectional rivalry in the country and the first time the contest will be played in Annapolis. The game will be televised by either ESPN or ABC.
