CHESTER, Pa. – Following the postponement of Army-Navy Cup IX in March, the men's soccer matchup between Army and Navy has been rescheduled for Sunday, April 25 at 2 p.m. from Subaru Park in Chester, Pa.

Subaru Park will host fans at a partial capacity for the match and tickets are available for $10 here.

The Philadelphia Union and Subaru Park continue to follow government regulations, required health and safety protocols, and guidance from medical experts. All attendees must wear a mask at all times in Subaru Park, except when actively eating or drinking, and will receive temperature checks upon arrival at the gate. Additionally, seats have been spaced out throughout the bowl to allow for six feet of distance in all directions for each seated party. For full health and safety protocols at Subaru Park, please click here.

The match was originally scheduled for March 20 but was postponed due to the Naval Academy's restriction of movement at that time.

The Philadelphia Union and Subaru Park will host two Army-Navy contests during the 2021 calendar year with the ninth installment taking place on April 25 and the 10th Army-Navy Cup will take place during the 2021 fall season.

In the first eight installments of the Army-Navy Cup, the Black Knights hold a narrow 3-2-3 edge of the Midshipmen after the two service academies played to a 1-1 draw during the 2019 meeting.

Army-Navy Cup IX will also be a Star Match, which is a part of the Army-Navy Star Series, presented by USAA. Navy leads the series this year with a record of 8-5 over Army in Star competitions.

Navy enters this year's rivalry match with a record of 4-1-1 and finished tied for second in the Patriot League South Division. Army is 2-3-1 on the season and placed fifth in the Patriot League North Division.
