ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The College Sports Communicators organization (formerly CoSIDA) announced its 2023 CSC Women's Soccer Academic All-District honorees on Tuesday and Chloe Dawson and Katie Herrmann of the Navy women's soccer team were noted as all-district recipients. As a student at the Naval Academy, Dawson has earned recognition on the USNA's Supt's and Dant's Lists in each of her first six completed semesters, while posting a 3.98 grade point average. Among the Class of 2024, she resides inside the top-20 of both the Overall and Military Orders of Merit and recently service selected Marine Corps Air for her post-commissioning assignment.

Herrmann has been a standout midfielder for Navy over her four years with All-Patriot League Second Team honors bestowed upon her in 2021 and 2023. This past fall, the Charlotte native wrapped up her career with two goals and two assists over 1,349 minutes of playing time, including 749 minutes in Patriot League action. For her four-year career, Herrmann tallied six goals and four assists over 63 games and 5,026 minutes.
