This Week
• Navy will close its regular season by playing host to a pair of matches in the Wesley A. Brown Field House.
• The Mids (15-8 / 7-7), who are the only team in the league playing two matches this week, will first face Lehigh (13-13 / 5-10) Thursday at 7 p.m. Navy then plays host to Army West Point (13-9 / 11-4) in the annual Star Match, part of the Star Series presented by USAA, Saturday at 8 p.m.

• Navy will recognize its Class of 2024 prior to the start of Thursday's match against Lehigh.
Accessing the USNA
• Vehicle access to the USNA is limited to those with an approved ID card. All others must park outside of the USNA.
• On Thursday, fans can park ($10 / vehicle) at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium (550 Taylor Ave., Annapolis, MD, 21401) and ride the free shuttle bus.
• On Saturday, the free shuttle bus will depart from and return to the Navy Health Clinic (695 Kinkaid Rd., Annapolis, MD, 21402) due to the Navy football game taking place at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
• The shuttle bus service begins one hour prior to the start of the match and ends four hours after the match begins.
• Fans also can park downtown and walk through the gate one visitors center (52 King George St., Annapolis, MD, 21402) on either day.
• Regardless of how one accesses the USNA, those ages 18 and over must have a government issued photo identification card, such as a driver's license, and visitors ages 17 and under who do not have a valid photo ID must be accompanied by an adult.
Playoffs Notes
• Navy's playoff spot has been decided. The Mids will be the No. 5 seed in the tournament no matter the results of any match this week. Navy will play a road quarterfinal round match at the No. 4 seed on Tuesday, Nov. 14.
• Lehigh is currently in a tie with Lafayette and Loyola for the sixth and final playoff berth.
• The Mountain Hawks will claim the No. 6 seed with a win over Navy. Lehigh also would advance with a loss to the Mids AND a Lafayette loss to Colgate AND a Loyola loss to Holy Cross.
• Army can finish as the No. 1, 2 or 3 seed for the tournament.
• Also, Colgate can be the No. 1 or 2, Bucknell can be the No. 2, 3 or 4 and American can be the No. 3 or 4.
Last Week
• Navy split a pair of home matches, losing in five sets to Colgate and winning a three-set match against Holy Cross.
Colgate 3, Navy 2 (16-25, 9-25, 25-18, 25-22, 15-5)
• Colgate changed its lineup after set two, swapping three starters from set two and four from the first set to start set three. The fresh legs made the difference.
• Navy was hitting .392 (25 kills, 5 attack errors) and had totaled seven aces and five blocks through the second set. Conversely, Colgate was hitting .038 (13 kills, 11 attack errors) and had posted two aces and one block after the second set.
• Colgate amassed a .347 hitting percentage (42 kills, 9 errors), three aces and nine blocks in the last three sets. Meanwhile, Navy totaled a .131 hitting effort (28 kills, 14 errors), one ace and one block in the same span.

Lehigh Preview
• Lehigh recently posted three-set wins over Loyola and Lafayette before falling in four sets at Bucknell on Sunday.
• The Mountain Hawks have posted a 5-3 record in league home matches and a 0-7 record in league road matches.
Series History
• Navy leads the all-time series with Lehigh, 39-30. The Mids have a 21-11 advantage in matches played in Annapolis.
• Navy also has a 31-24 edge in Patriot League regular season matches. The Mids have posted a 19-9 record against the Mountain Hawks in league matches played at Navy.
• Each of the last two and three of the last five matches in the series has been extended to five sets.

Miller Surpasses 2,600 Career Assists
• A year ago,
Averi Miller became the ninth Mid during the rally scoring era and 13th Navy setter since 1994 (when statistics became available) to surpass 1,000 career assists.
• This season, she became the seventh Mid overall and fourth during the rally scoring era to reach 2,000 career helpers. Miller became the fifth Mid overall and second in the rally scoring era to hand out 2,500 assists when she surpassed the milestone Oct. 18 vs. Loyola.
• The current senior was limited to just 69 assists as a freshman when Navy played only five matches during the 2020/21 spring COVID season.
