Five Starting Notes
1 – Navy will be playing its first game in Ohio in 19 years and eighth overall.
2 – This will be Navy's first road game against a team that was a member of the Horizon League at time of the game and Youngstown State's second home game against a team when it was a member of the Patriot League.

•    Navy scored the first 11 points of the game and was never threatened in a 91-33 victory over Washington (Md.) on Sunday.

About Youngstown State
•    Youngstown State compiled an overall record of 24-10 last season and placed first in the 11-team Horizon League regular season with a 15-5 record.
•    The top-seeded Penguins lost to fourth-seeded Northern Kentucky in the semifinal round of the league tournament.
•    Youngstown State lost to Oklahoma State at home in the opening round of the NIT.
•    The Penguins placed fifth in this year's Horizon League Preseason Poll.
