What do you want to do after graduation and why? Marine Corps, the unity of the Marines is unmatched with any other service group and they take pride in the way they carry themselves.
Why did you choose Navy? I felt like Navy was going to be a place where I could develop as a football player as well as a person. It's a place that will challenge you to become better and that was something I wanted for myself
What would you tell somebody that is considering coming to the Navy to play football? I would tell them that it is a grind, a lot will be asked of you and it will be expected to be done well. However, I would also tell them that the people you will meet here are willing to help in any way they can.
If you could play another position, what position would you play and why? I think i would play center because I can snap the ball much better than Hoke Smith and Brent Self
If you could choose any opponent for Navy to play that is currently not on the schedule, who would you choose and why? I would want to play Auburn, it's always been a favorite school of mine growing up since my dad played there.
Favorite class at the Naval Academy and why? So far I would say Cyber Security. I think that it's a pretty interesting class, learning about the different ways that the government uses Cyber Security
Hardest class at the Naval Academy and why? Chemistry, by far the hardest class I've ever taken. It's a lot of information given to you fast and it can be hard to keep up
Favorite teacher at the Naval Academy and why? Major Vogel, he was my U.S. Government teacher, he really wanted us to learn the material and was very intentional about how he did that. Being an officer, he would always tie in how the things we were learning affected us as service members.
Favorite form of social media and why? Instagram, I can watch instagram reels for hours
Favorite person to follow on social media and why? Navy Football Strength and Conditioning Coach Jim Kiritsy, amazing platform
If you could have dinner with any 4 people that are currently at the Naval Academy who would you choose and why? AD for Sports Medicine, Jim Berry, teammate Jack Skidmore, Grandma from the MidStore and Superintendent Vice Admiral Davids. I believe it would be a great conversation with a lot of different perspectives.
Favorite sport to follow at the Naval Academy outside of football and why? Navy Rugby, the edits they have on their Instagram are great
If you didn't play football at Navy, what sport would you play and why? Track, I ran track in high school
