ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Navy men's tennis team will split its squad to compete in tournaments in Virginia, Pennsylvania and California this weekend.  The Mids will take part in Richmond's River City Tennis Open, Penn State's Holmes Cathrall Memorial Invitational and the San Diego Veterans Tennis Classic.  Play at each of the tournaments begins Friday and runs through Sunday.

This will be the third weekend of competition for the Mids this autumn.  Navy opened the fall slate by playing host to the Joe Hunt Invitational Sept. 12-14, then sent four Mids to compete in the 49th playing of the Milwaukee Tennis Classic last weekend.
