Tax Deductibility Notice

The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) and Blue-N*-Gold are registered 501(c)(3) organizations.

Tax Deductibility of Contributions:

Pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 170, contributions to the NAAA and Blue-N*-Gold are considered tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. The deductible amount is limited to the excess of the contribution over the fair market value of any goods or services provided.

Important Tax Information:

Please consult with your tax advisor or the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to determine the specific tax deductibility of your contribution. The NAAA and Blue-N*-Gold DO NOT provide tax advice.
