Recipient of the W.J. Gooding `52 Award, which is given to the team[apos]s most improved player ... made 19 tackles, nine of which were solo ... recorded 5.5 stops in the backfield for a loss of 40 yards ... tallied three sacks on the year ... posted six tackles during a win against Army in the Pride Bowl (10/2) ... all three of his tackles against Penn came behind the line of scrimmage for a loss of 27 yards, including a sack (10/28).
2004:
Recorded nine tackles, seven solo ... combined on a pair of sacks for a loss of four yards ... forced and recovered two fumbles ... also broke up one pass attempt ... made six tackles, one sack, forced a fumble and recovered a fumble against Princeton (10/22).
