Abby Hageman is in her first year at the Naval Academy as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting for football. Hageman comes to Navy from Road Rebel Global, which is a premier sports, entertainment and corporate travel management company where she served as an account manager.
Prior to Road Rebel Global, Hageman was the Director of Football Operations and On-Campus Recruiting at East Tennessee State from May of 2022 until Dec. of 2024.
At East Tennessee State, Hageman oversaw the daily football program operations, serving as the primary liaison between the coaching
staff, student athletes, athletics administration, compliance, academics, training and equipment departments.
She managed team logistics including travel, lodging, meals, practice schedules, training camp and game day operations, while also directing recruiting operations logistics for official and unofficial visits.
Hageman is a 2022 graduate of East Tennessee State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management.
