Naval Academy Athletics

Michael Conway enters his second season at the Naval Academy as the Director of Football Creative Design.

Conway previously worked at Virginia Tech as a recruiting intern and graphic designer. Prior to his stint with the Hokies, he was the Interim Assistant Director of Football and Recruiting Operations at Boise State University. He served as the social media coordinator, head graphic designer, and assisted with on-campus recruiting. The Broncos signed the top recruiting class in the Mountain West Conference in 2017.
 

For the 2015 season, Conway was an Assistant Football Coach at Maine Maritime Academy, a current Division III member of the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC), working with the outside linebackers.

A native of Vienna, Virginia, Conway earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management from Virginia Tech in 2015.
