An eight-time letterwinner at Conestoga Valley High School: four in each of cross country and track & field … won the 2018 Lebanon-Lancaster League 1600-meter Championship in the spring ahead of capturing the 2018 Lebanon-Lancaster League Cross Country Championship in the fall; named the 2018 L-L League Cross Country Runner of the Year … finished third at the 2019 PIAA District 3 AAA Championship in the 1600-meter run and eighth at the same event at the PIAA State Championship … team captain for Conestoga Valley HS during his junior and senior seasons with both teams … participated in the LCBC Ephrata Youth Ministry… son of Calvin and Lorie … sister Erin (’20) runs track at East Stroudsberg University.
