2024-25 // Sophomore Year
Fall Season: Appeared in six matches with one start … Scored his lone try in Navy’s 23-20 loss to Life. 
Spring Season: Appeared in three matches with two in the starting lineup against Penn State in the regular season and in the first round of the DI-A National Championship Playoff.

2023-24 // Freshman Year
Fall Season: Made lone start in Navy’s, 53-5, win over Penn State.
Spring Season: Appeared in six matches with three starts to help Navy reach the CRAA DI-A National Championship for the second-straight season … Totaled three tries and 15 points during the spring campaign … Scored first collegiate try in Navy’s, 32-20, victory against Mount St. Mary’s.
 
High School
A 2022 graduate of Glasgow High School in Glasgow, Mont. … Earned three varsity letters in basketball, football and track and field … Also competed in swimming for a club team … Earned all-county accolades in football sophomore and junior seasons … Collected all-district honors and was named team captain of basketball team senior year … Also served as team captain and named team MVP of track team senior year … Garnered all-state distinction in swimming team sophomore, junior and senior seasons while serving as team captain.

Son of Joshua and Ronica Sand … Both parents competed in track and field at North Dakota State College of Science … Attended the Naval Academy Preparatory School during the 2022-23 academic year.
