2018-19 (Senior Season): Competed in five meets during the outdoor season … Posted season-best times in the 400m dash (49.08) and the 400m hurdles (54.27) at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Meet in San Diego … Also competed in the San Diego Challenge, Dan Stimson Memorial, Army-Navy Outdoor Star Series Meet, and Virginia Challenge.
 
2017-18 (Junior Season): Finished in fourth place at the IC4A Outdoor Championship as a member of the 4x400m relay team, clocking a collective time of 3:12.84 to earn All-East accolades … Notched a season-best time of 1:05.06 in the 500m at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet, presented by USAA to finish third and help Navy claim the indoor Star … Recorded season-best times in the 400m (49.19) and 400m hurdles (54.03) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship.
 
2016-17 (Sophomore Season): Qualified for the IC4A Indoor Championships in the 400m … Clocked a time of 48.47 in the 400m at the IC4As, finishing eighth … Notched a season-best time of 48.31 in the preliminaries of the 400m dash at the IC4A Indoors … Earned Second Team All-Patriot League Indoor in the 400m with a second place finish with a time of 48.47, while taking home First Team All-PL honors as part of the 4x400m relay team … Recorded a season-best time of 48.37 in the 400m outdoor race at the Virginia Challenge … Also qualified for the IC4A Outdoor Championships in the 400m.
 
2015-16 (Freshman Season): Clocked in a season-best 400m time of 49.90 at the Charlotte Invitational … Ran a season-best indoor 500m mark of 1:07.66 at the Princeton Dual Meet.
