2019-20 (Junior Season): INDOOR: Recorded a season-best time of 8:20.99 in the 3,000m run at the Army-Navy Star Meet, helping the Midshipmen earn the indoor Star … Competed in the 5,000m run at the Patriot League Indoor Championship … Ran the anchor leg of the distance medley relay that posted a season-best time of 10:00.86 at the Darius Dixon Invitational … OUTDOOR: Did not compete during the outdoor season, which was shortened by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
 
2018-19 (Sophomore Season): INDOOR: During the indoor season, clocked a season-best time of 8:26.92 in the 3,000m run at the Patriot League Championship, while notching season-best time of 14:55.35 in the 5,000m run at Princeton … OUTDOOR: In the 3,000m steeplechase, registered a season-best time of 9:06.07 to finish just out of medal contention in fourth place … Finished just outside of earning All-East accolades, coming in ninth (top 8 are All-East) at the IC4A Outdoor Championship in the steeplechase with a time of 9:10.22 … In first ever appearance in the 3,000m steeplechase, finished second at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Series Meet with a time of 9:12.87 to help Midshipmen defeat the Black Knights and earn the outdoor Star.
 
2017-18 (Freshman Season): INDOOR: Clocked a season-best time of 8:40.44 in the 3,000m indoor at the Navy Invitational / Multis … Notched a season-best time of 15:04.43 in the 5,000m indoor at the Wesley Brown Invitational … OUTDOOR: Posted a top time of 8:40.75 in the event during outdoor competition at the Dan Stimson Quad Meet … Registered an outdoor time in the 5,000m of 15:06.64 at the Navy Spring Invite.
 
High School / Personal: Graduated from West Brook High School in 2016 before prepping during the 2016-17 school year at NAPS … Three-sport athlete at West Brook as he competed in cross country, track and baseball … Qualified for the 6A Texas State Championship for the two-mile run as a senior in 2016 … Elected as team captain on five occasions: cross country (2014-16) and track (2015-16) … Served as 2016 Senior Class President of the student council, in addition to participating with the National Honor Society … Son of Arthur and Melissa.
