2016-17 (Sophomore Season):
Finished third in the weight throw at the Patriot League Indoor Championship with a season-best throw of 17.57m ââ'¬¦ Qualified for the IC4A Indoor Championship in the weight throw and tossed 16.92m at the event to finish 12th ââ'¬¦ Best indoor shot put distance (15.66m) came at the Wesley Brown Invitational ââ'¬¦ Qualified for the IC4A Outdoor Championship in the discus and hammer throw ââ'¬¦ Had a season-best throw in the discus at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet with a toss of 51.31m ââ'¬¦ Best distance in the hammer (55.06m) came at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship to finish in the top 10 (8th).

2015-16 (Freshman Season):
Recorded a season-high shot put mark of 47ft-3in (14.40m) at the Charlotte Invitational ââ'¬¦ Tallied a season-best discus throw of 138ft-3in (42.14m) at the Spring Invitational ââ'¬¦ Threw a season-high hammer throw mark of 149ft-2in (45.47m) at the UC-San Diego Challenge ââ'¬¦ Placed 10th in the weight throw with a mark of 46ft-1.5in (14.06m) at the Wesley A. Brown Invite.

High School / Personal:
Three-year letterwinner at Inglemoor High School in track and field ââ'¬¦ Named team captain as a senior ââ'¬¦ Earned League Championship titles in shot put and discus ââ'¬¦ Placed second in the State Championship in the discus ââ'¬¦ Son of Tim and Irene Milcarek.
