Biography

Hawkins had no prior sailing experience before coming to USNA. As a member of VOST he has competed aboard the Swan 56 Apollo, J-105 Allegiance, Navy 44s Swift and Integrity, and R/P 66 Zaraffa. He has raced twice in the Marblehead to Halifax race, Newport to Bermuda race, Around Long Island Race, several NYYC annual regattas, along with McMillan Cup, Kennedy Cup, and numerous local AYC regattas.
