2011:
• Saw action in five games in the defensive backfield
• Made a total of 16 tackles (11 solo, 5 assists), had one interception and five pass break-ups
• Broke up two passes and had four solo tackles in a win at Mansfield (Oct. 8) and had one interception in a victory at Penn (Sept. 23)
• Produced a season-high seven tackles (4 solo, 3 assists) in a win over Army (Sept. 17)
2010:
• Recorded a total of 12 tackles (6 solo, 6 assists); made at least one stop in all six appearances
• Had two tackles and an interception vs. Army
• Made four starts and appeared in six games
2009:
• Appeared in five games, making a total of five solo tackles
• Made three solo stops, had one pass break-up and forced a fumble vs. Mansfield
• Got his first career interception in collegiate debut vs. St. Vincent JV
High School:
• Attended Leechburg Area High School, where he lettered in football (three), basketball (three) and baseball (four)
• Served as team captain of all-three teams during his senior year
• Helped the basketball team to a 2007 WPIAL Championship
Personal:
• Son of Angela and Louis Meidus
• Brother, Alfonso, played on the Navy sprint football team and graduated in 2009
