High School / Personal: Lettered in cross country and track 10 times at Great Oak HS in Temecula, Calif. before transferring to Lakeview HS in Battle Creek, Mich. for her senior year and lettering on two more occasions … Earned MHSAA All-LP Region in 2016, while helping Lakeview XC win title … Also a member of Lakeview’s Spring 2017 SMAC league championship team … At Great Oak, Lyon aided the team’s three straight California DI State Championship title wins (2013-15) … Named Great Oak’s 2015 Track Runner of the Year … Served as President of her school’s Astronomy Club, in addition to participating with the Math Club and Women in Sports Leadership Conference … Daughter of Eric and Jennifer.
