Kristin Dubinski enters her sixth season as an assistant coach for the Navy women’s golf team after joining the program in January 2021.
During her time as an assistant for the Mids, Navy has captured the program’s first three Patriot League Championships (2021, 2024, 2025) and 11 team tournament titles. Additionally, Dubinski has helped mentor 16 All-Patriot League honorees, including Stephanie Lee, who took home Patriot League Championship individual medalist and Women’s Golf Scholar-Athlete of the Year accolades in 2024, and Emma Tang, the 2025 Patriot League Championship Individual medalist and 2025 PL Golfer of the Year.
A 1992 graduate of the University of Michigan, Dubinski (nee Beilstein) was a four-year letterwinner for the Wolverines' golf team. A three-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree, she posted a seventh-place performance at the 1990 Big Ten Championships, becoming the first golfer in program history to finish Top-10 at the conference tournament. Dubinski also served as the team captain during her senior season in 1992.
The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native works as a financial advisor and resides in Annapolis with her husband, Joe, and their two children, Katie and Rob.
