Knichel serves NAAA as the Associate Athletic Director, Executive Director for Blue-N*-Gold Annual Giving. In his role, he oversees day to day operations of the Blue-N*-Gold.   

Knichel graduated from Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in sports management.

He currently resides in Prince Frederick, Md. with his wife, Courtney, their daughters, Kennedy and Colbie and son Cooper.
