ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Navy men's soccer head coach Dave Brandt has announced the program's 2016 spring exhibition slate. Navy will play four Division I programs and one USL Pro team in the U.S., in addition to three exhibition matches on a spring break trip to Italy.

The Mids will open the spring slate by playing at the Richmond Kickers, a USL Pro team, on Sunday March 6 at 5 PM.

Navy will play three matches in Italy during the school's spring break from March 11-20 and will take advantage of the cross-cultural experience.

Navy will then face two Atlantic 10 teams and then two ACC teams in the remainder of its spring slate.

Navy will host George Mason (7-7-3, 2-3-2) on Saturday, March 26 at 12 noon and the Mids will host VCU (7-10-4, 3-2-3) on Saturday, April 2 at 7:00 PM.

Navy will host North Carolina State (8-6-3, 1-4-3) on Sunday, April 10 at 10 AM and the team will close its spring schedule at Duke (10-7-2, 3-4-1) on Saturday, April 23.

Navy was 8-9-1 overall in 2015 and 4-5-0 in Patriot League play. Navy returns five starters for the 2016 season.
