March 21, 2017 DANBURY, Conn. â€" The Navy gymnastics team continued its run of collecting weekly honors from the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) as Frank Bradley (McLean, Va.) made it four straight weeks that a Midshipmen gymnast has won at least one award as the freshman was named the Corvias Rookie of the Week for his performance at Air Force on Friday night.
In the Mids' final regular season meet of 2017, Bradley was in the lineup for four events on Friday night. The freshman's top result versus the Falcons was on the vault where he placed first amongst the field with a career-high 14.35 score. Bradley tied for third overall on the floor exercise with a score of 13.7. He also competed for Navy on the rings (13.15) and pommel horse (12.55).
This is the first career ECAC weekly honor for Bradley. As a program, this is the 10th ECAC weekly accolade for Navy in 2017.

The Midshipmen will begin postseason competition this weekend with the two-day USA Gymnastics Men's Collegiate Championships. Beginning on Friday at 5:00 PM ET, Navy will be one of 10 teams vying for the team championship. On Saturday, the top placing individuals will face off in the event finals at 10:00 PM ET.
