Five Starting Notes
• Saturday's game matches the first and second-place freshmen scoring and rebounding players in the league. Navy's John Carter Jr. leads all freshmen in both categories (8.5 ppg, 5.0 rpg), with Colgate's Tucker Richardson second in each (7.8 ppg, 4.4 rpg).
 
• Colgate leads the league in rebound margin (+3.8) and Navy is second (+3.3).  In league play only, Navy is first (+5.5) and Colgate is second (+3.9).  The Mids held a 38-35 lead over the Raiders in rebounds when the teams met earlier this season.
 
• Six of the last seven games in the Navy-Colgate series have been decided by single digits.  Nay posted a 72-66 victory over Colgate in the first game of the season between the teams.
 
• A win Saturday would give the Mids their first season sweep of the Raiders since 2011.  A Colgate win would mark the sixth split of the series in seven years.
 
• Evan Wieck is averaging 11.0 points and 10.0 rebounds a game the last two games.  George Kiernan is averaging 14.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.7 three-point field goals made a game over the last three games.
