ANNAPOLIS, Md.—Twenty-One Navy football players have been named to the 2018 American Athletic Conference All-Academic team. To make the team, you must have a 3.0 grade point average for the 2018-19 academic year. The Mids had six seniors, four juniors, five sophomores and five freshmen make the team.

The 2019 Navy football season starts on Thursday, August 1 when the team reports to camp. The first practice will take place on Friday, August 2 and Navy Football Fan Fest / Media Day will take place on Saturday, August 3.
