• Navy enters the final game of the 2020 season with a league-high four possible seed positions for the upcoming Patriot League Tournament. The Mids would be the No. 5 seed with a victory Saturday and would be either the Nos. 6-7-8 seed with a loss.
• Slated to place ninth in this year's preseason poll, the Mids will improve upon their preseason prediction for the fifth time in the last six years. Only once in the nine seasons (2011-12) under head coach
Ed DeChellis has Navy finished below its preseason position.
• This season marks the 100th anniversary of the first Navy-Lafayette game (Jan. 10, 1920). The teams have played annually except for one season since the 1979-80 campaign.
• Lafayette and Loyola have played the most league games this year (8) than have been decided by no more than five points. Navy and Bucknell are one game behind the Leopards and Greyhounds with seven close games. The Mids have posted the most wins this season in games decided by up to five points (6) with the Leopards second (5).
• Navy's win Wednesday against Lafayette marked the seventh time this season
