"It was a great weekend of competition," said Navy associate head coach
John Moreland, who was with the team in San Diego. "The guys battled hard and we had good wins over players from good teams. It is great to test our team against some of the best in Division 1. We would like to thank the University of San Diego and those working with the San Diego Veterans Tennis Classic for their hospitality and hard work in putting on a first class event. We look forward to it each year and are happy to be a part of celebrating our fellow military personnel."
Navy's fall season continues this weekend when the Mids play host to the Navy Blue Invitational Friday through Sunday.
