Seventeenth-ranked Franklin & Marshall (9-4) dealt the #26 Navy squash team (14-11) an 8-1 setback Wednesday evening at the Mayser Center Squash Courts in Lancaster, Pa. The Diplomats improved to 14-7 all-time in matches against the Mids contested on F&M's home courts, while narrowing Navy's lead in the all-time series to 38-26.

Match Highlights
• Lucas Spiro (So / Buffalo, N.Y.) recorded the Mids' lone win on the evening, sweeping senior Teddy Eill 11-6, 13-11, 11-8 at #4.
• Matt Wang (So / Malvern, Pa.), the Mids' #1 player on the ladder, dropped a heartbreaker to F&M sophomore Petr Nohel. After falling behind 2-0, Wang fought his way back to even with 11-7 and 11-4 victories in the third and fourth games. The second-year player led nearly the entire fifth game before Nohel rallied to beat Wang 11-9 in the fifth
• Tommy Rankin (Sr / Atlanta, Ga.) took game one 12-10 against Noah Katzer at #5, but Katzer came back to win three in a row (11-4, 11-8, 11-9) to earn the 3-1 victory.
• Team captain Millen Randell (Sr / Chicago, Ill.) fell behind in his match against Kyle Broadhurst 2-0, but won game three 11-7 to force a game four. Broadhurst, however, sealed his team-best 10th win of the year with an 11-3 victory in the fourth against Randell.

What's Ahead
• The Mids return home on Friday to play host to a three-day, three-team round robin. Navy plays host to #13 Western (0-3) on Friday at 4:00 pm, followed by a 3:00 pm match against #11 Chatham (5-3) on Saturday and close out the weekend with a 1:00 pm match against #17 MIT (7-5) on Sunday.
• This weekend also marks the final home matches of the season.
• Navy will honor its three senior members - Ben Balser, Millen Randell and Tommy Rankin - who will make the final home appearances of their careers.
