Men’s Basketball to Host Free Open Scrimmage Sunday

ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Navy men's basketball team will hold a free open scrimmage against Fairleigh Dickinson Sunday, Oct. 26 at 1 p.m. at Alumni Hall in Annapolis.

Fan shuttle buses will not be available for the scrimmage.  Fans 18 and older wishing to attend who do not have vehicle access to the USNA will need to park outside of the gates and walk on with a REAL ID driver's license or a government-issued passport.  Those 17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

The Navy players and coaches will hold a meet and greet with fans after the conclusion of the scrimmage.

Navy, the preseason favorite in the Patriot League, will open its regular season with a Nov. 3 game at Presbyterian.  The home opener for the Mids will be on Nov. 7 when the Mids face Yale in the second game of the 12th edition of the Veterans Classic.  Rhode Island vs. Tulsa starts the evening at 6 p.m.

Season tickets are now available for purchase through the Navy Ticket Office by either calling 1-800-US4-NAVY, clicking the TICKETS tab in the masthead of NavySports.com or clicking HERE.

Fans have options to purchase season tickets for just men's games, only women's games or for every home basketball game, with each offering guaranteeing purchasers their reserved seat for the full season.  That offering includes the Jan. 24 Army-Navy doubleheader but does not include the Nov. 7 men's Veterans Classic.

Season ticket packages, which include access to parking on The Yard on game day, are priced as follows:
** Combined Men's and Women's (does not include Veterans Classic) –– $150 / ticket
** Men's Games Only (does not include Veterans Classic) –– $100 / ticket
