LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The Navy swimming and diving teams combined to win 20 events at the Bison Invitational held Saturday at Kinney Natatorium in Lewisburg, Pa.  The non-scoring meet featured the Mids, American, Lafayette, Lehigh, Shippensburg and host Bucknell.

Each Navy team had one swimmer who claimed multiple individual event victories on the day.  Winning two events for the Navy women's team was Catherine Weaverling, who won the 100 fly (55.00) and 50 free events (23.85).  Simon Thompson matched Weaverling's effort with his victories in the men's 100 back (49.69) and 50 free races (20.22).

Navy will now turn its full attention to the Feb. 19-22 Patriot League Championship, which will be held at Bucknell.
