ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Navy men's swimming and diving team resumes its season Saturday when the Mids (8-0) go on the road to face Towson (3-1) at the school's Burdick Pool. The diving events start at 9 a.m. with the swimming events to follow at 11 a.m.

Navy Preview
The Mids will be competing for the first time since posting a 206-94 victory over Army on Dec. 6. The Black Knights won the meet-opening 200 medley relay to take an early 11-6 lead, then the teams split the next four races to give Navy a 52-41 lead. The Mids responded by winning each of the ensuing events until the meet-ending 400 free relay to top 200 points in the meet for the seventh time since going to a 16-event slate in 2006-07 and the first since recording a 209.5-90.5 victory on Dec. 7, 2017.
Towson Preview
The Tigers most recently recorded a 181-119 victory over George Mason on Dec. 21 to improve their record on the year to 3-1. Saturday's dual is the first of five for Towson during the month of January.
Towson compiled a 3-4-1 record during the 2024-25 regular season and then placed fourth at the Coastal Athletic Association Championship.
Series History
One of Towson's losses a year ago was a 158-126 defeat to Navy in Annapolis. The Mids won all 16 events in Lejeune Hall and return from that meet seven swimmers who combined for eight individual event wins. Back for Navy are
