MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Freshman
Tyler Wee shot a perfect 600 in air rifle for the second time in his young career as #9 Navy rifle concluded competition at the WVU Rifle Range in Morgantown, W.Va. The Midshipmen (8-4) posted a team score of 4719 to finish behind #3 West Virginia (17-1), who posted a team score of 4745, and ahead of #16 Army (4-10), who notched a combined tally of 4683.
Earlier this season, T. Wee became the first student-athlete in program history to shoot a perfect 600 achieving the feat against Akron on Nov. 15. The freshman matched his high score in air rifle to help the Midshipmen post a combined score of 2381, which ties for the seventh best air rifle score in Navy history.
T. Wee shot a 587 in smallbore to finish the day with an 1187 aggregate score, which tied for the ninth-best performance in Navy history.
Two points back with an 1185 was senior
Parker Haydin. The Joshua, Texas native opened the day with a 590 in smallbore, tying his season-best performance. Haydin used a 595 in air rifle for an aggregate total of 1185, which was one-point shy of his season-high total.
Junior
Isabella Baldwin followed with an aggregate score of 1181. Baldwin shot a 585 in smallbore to go along with a score of 596 in air rifle for the 1181. It was the fifth time in seven matches this season that the Nashville native topped 1180 on the final scorecard.

Chelsie Glover and senior team captain
Catherine Dely followed with aggregate scores of 1164 and 1163, respectively. Glover tied a career-best total with her 1164 thanks to scores of 576 in smallbore and 588 in air rifle. Dely posted tallies of 573 in smallbore and 590 in air rifle for her 1163.
Senior
Grace Shepard and junior
Ryan Wee tied one another with a combined score of 1158. The duo matched each other with a 576 in smallbore and a 582 in air rifle. Senior
Devin Uhrich (561 SB; 587 AR) rounded out the scoring with an 1148.
Up next, the Midshipmen will travel to West Point, N.Y. for the annual Army-Navy Star Match against the Black Knights on Saturday, Feb. 7 at the Tronsrue Marksmanship Center.
