ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Navy women's tennis team earned the No. 2 seed in this week's 2026 Patriot League Women's Tennis Championship and will open with No. 7 Colgate in the quarterfinals, as the official schedule was announced by the Patriot League on Tuesday.
 
The championship will take place at the Bucknell Varsity Tennis Courts from Thursday, April 16 to Sunday, April 19 in Lewisburg, Pa. In case of inclement weather, the championship will be moved indoors to the Central PA Tennis Center in South Williamsport, Pa.
 
Action will get underway on Thursday afternoon with a first-round match between No. 8 Lafayette and No. 9 Holy Cross at 3:00 p.m.
 
Friday's quarterfinals will begin at 9:00 a.m. with No. 1 Boston University playing the winner of the No. 8 Lafayette/No. 9 Holy Cross match. No. 4 Lehigh versus No. 5 Loyola will follow at 10:45 a.m. and No. 3 Army versus No. 6 Bucknell is set for 1:15 p.m. The No. 2 Navy/No. 7 Colgate match will round out the day at 3:45 p.m.
 
Semifinal matches will be held at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 18 with the Championship scheduled for Sunday, April 19 at 12 noon.
