What other schools offered you and what was it about Navy that made you come here? Other schools that offered me included: University of Texas El Paso and Austin Peay University. What made me come to Navy was that you can get a great education, play at the highest level of football and serve in the military right after graduation. That to me was more than enough and exactly what I wanted in a future career and lifestyle. I also had connections to USNA. My Dad (Ben) and Uncle (Jon) both attended USNA and played football. Having that connection and growing up seeing all things Navy really played a part in my decision by my senior year of high school.
What would you tell somebody that is considering coming to Navy to play football? I would tell you to do your research and make sure this is something you want to do and want to commit to. I would also tell you that this is the place where you will meet your best friends and won't regret it because of that.
If you could play another position, what position would you play and why? I would want to play linebacker because of the role they play and the ability to be a knuckle-headed player with the ability to fly all over the field to make a tackle.
If you could choose any opponent for Navy to play that is currently not on the schedule, who would you choose and why? I would love to play Maryland because it would be a fun cross-town and competitive game.
Favorite class at the Naval Academy and why? My favorite class so far has been U.S Government, because all the other classes have been less fun.
Favorite teacher at the Naval Academy? My favorite teacher at USNA is Dr. Saint Pierre.
Favorite form of social media and why? Instagram, because it is easy to see what everyone is up to.
Favorite person to follow on social media and why? My favorite person to follow on social media is houseofhighlights, because they post everything sports-related.
If you could have dinner with any 4 people that are currently at the Naval Academy who would you choose and why? I would choose Supe, Dant and a couple of football teammates. I would choose them because it would be awesome to hear the experiences of the Supe and Dant in their service.
Favorite sport to follow at the Naval Academy outside of football and why? Wrestling, because I have a bunch of friends on the team.
