ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Navy women's triathlon head coach Billy Edwards announced the team's 2026 schedule on Monday, highlighted by the first home meet in program history.
The Midshipmen open the fall with back-to-back trips to Beaver Falls, Pa., beginning with the Duquesne Collegiate Cup on Aug. 30, before returning for the Beaver Country Collegiate Cup on Sept. 19. The three-meet road stint will conclude on Sept. 20 at the Robious Landing Collegiate Cup in Midlothian, Va.
Navy wraps up its regular season on Oct. 4 when it plays host to the USNA Collegiate Cup, marking the program's inaugural home competition.
"We built a schedule that will challenge us and finally bring competition to the Naval Academy," Edwards said. "Navy is unique in having a waterfront on its campus, so we can host an event here. There is a lot of potential for the home meet and we are eager to show what the USNA and Annapolis have to offer for the sport of triathlon."
Postseason competition begins Oct. 17 at the NCAA East Regional Qualifier in Lake Lanier, Ga., followed by the NCAA Championship in Tempe, Ariz., on Nov. 8.
The Mids will return to action in the spring for the annual Clermont Draft Legal in Clermont, Fla., on March 6-7.
The Midshipmen return eight athletes from the 2025 squad, headlined by two-time team captain
MC Kistler.
