Navy Athletics Fall Marketing Internship
The Navy Sports Marketing department is seeking interns for Spring 2026 with the possibility of continuing further. During the Fall, internships are designed to mirror the academic semester and run from January through May, with the opportunity to be extended through the spring semester if both parties wish to do so.

Job Description:

  • Assist in marketing, promotions and game day operations for Navy Athletic events including Basketball, Baseball, Lacrosse, and Wrestling games, as well as NCAA hosted tournaments
  • Tasks include but not limited to:
  • On-field promotions with contestants
  • Item giveaways
  • Corporate sponsorship activation
  • Youth team/group liaison
  • Music/video board operation
  • Assisting with the growth of our kids club
  • Assisting with the growth of our social media platforms
  • Growth within program available to include in-office work during the week. Interns selected at the discretion of marketing staff based on experience and performance.
 
Requirements:
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be available to work events which include days, nights and weekends throughout the extended academic year
  • Be punctual, have excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Present themselves as representatives of the Naval Academy Athletics Department, while adhering to dress codes and etiquette restrictions
  • Students must be energetic, responsible, organized and motivated to assist the Navy Sports Marketing office in carrying out the marketing plan for one of the top intercollegiate athletic programs in the country.
  • Students will work multiple events throughout each month dependent on Navy schedules. Usually ends up around 5-8 events a month though some months could be more depending on the number of events
  • Some interns will have the opportunity to work in the Navy Marketing office during the week on longer term projects and campaigns. Interns are selected at the discretion of the marketing staff based on experience and performance.

Ticket Sales Internship Fall 2025

Posltion Overview:
NAAA is seeking a highly motivated, organized and dedicated individual to fill our Ticket Sales Intern position for the upcoming Fall 2025 season. The individual that fills this role will be responsible for supporting our dynamic Ticket Sales team with all sales and customer service efforts. We are seeking an individual who is an outstanding teammate and willing to help out other departments in the organization. 
 
Job Responsabilities: 
As a Ticket Sales Intern, you will be given the opportunity to engage in sales and learn more about the sports industry. You are primarily responsible for assisting the team with cold-calling local businesses, individuals and organizations with the goal of selling tickets. More specifically, you are responsible for the following:
 
● Assist the Assistant AD of Ticket Sales in the preparation of various ticket sales reports.
● Perform data entry to grow the organization’s various sales databases.
● Update customer information in Salesforce.
● Research and generate sales leads.
● Participate in providing extraordinary customer service experiences to all guests of the organization both on and off-site.
● Visit with group leaders and ticket members during game dates to ensure all expectations are being met.
● Create and distribute ticket sales materials.
● Plan and execute group themed events.
● Set-up game-day group outing spaces and special events.
● Assist processing ticket sales.
● Actively participate in community appearances.
● Work game days 

Qualifications:
●  Current aspiring individual looking to start in the sports business industry 
●  A real passion for sales
●  Proficiency in Microsoft Office
●  Excellent teammate, with positive energy, who has a desire to learn
●  Positive attitude and strong work ethic
●  Highly organized and strong time management skills
●  Meticulous attention to detail
●  Strong communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
●  Works effectively in a dynamic environment

Navy Athletics Fall 2025 Annual Giving Internship

The Navy Athletics Development Team seeks to find a Fall 2025 intern. This internship will give you broad-based exposure to many facets of the complex and rewarding field of intercollegiate athletic development. Our goal is to provide interns with concrete skills, meaningful work experience and substantive work product that will benefit them in their pursuit of a career in intercollegiate athletic development. 

Requirements: 
● Comfortable speaking on the phone 
● Students must be motivated, responsible, organized and motivated to assist the Navy Annual Fund
● Team in carrying out the development plan for one of the top intercollegiate athletic programs in the country. 
● Students are expected to hold consistent office hours each week (we will work with your schedule).
● Handle event/game day responsibilities as assigned. 
● Have competent computer skills in Excel. 

Job Description: This unique internship consists of event management, operational and administrative support and  stewardship. 
● Assist with game day hospitality and parking management (Fall intern). 
● Make daily calls in an effort to increase revenue for the Blue-N*-Gold 
● Educate prospective and current donors on ticket and parking priority 
● Process ticket and donation sales 
● Assist the development team with the facilitation of mailings
● Update customer information in Paciolan and Salesforce 
● Other daily assignments as administered and assigned by the Athletic Development Team.

Navy Athletics Fall 2025 Development Internship

Hours: 6–8 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible, with availability for evening and weekend special events

Position Overview:

The Navy Athletics Development Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in collegiate athletics fundraising and events. As a part-time member of the Navy Athletics Development team, the intern will support a variety of functions including donor stewardship, event logistics, and creative content development. This role is ideal for students interested in sports management, development, marketing, or event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, setup, and execution of donor and alumni events
  • Support game day hospitality efforts for Navy Football
  • Collaborate with the Senior Assistant Director of Development on special projects
  • Design and edit graphics and communications for events and donor outreach
  • Provide administrative support to the development office as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in athletics, fundraising, or event management
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and home football Saturdays
